Who am I?

I am a child of God. When I'm surrounded by doubt and fear, I forget to look upon Christ. When my past tries to drag me down, I forget to look at Christ. I don't want to forget my true identity as a child of God. No matter what comes my way, I will fight the fight; I will lift my eyes; I will look upon Christ who died and then rose from the dead. The sin lost its grip on me. I am a new being; I am a child of God. I must always remember this.
