When I speak with a high-pitched voice, I feel like I lose my composure, and even the listeners may not pay much attention to me. However, every time I speak in a natural, grounded, or low-tone voice, I feel like I have control over the situation, and the listeners also listen to me attentively. And if they don't, I don't get frustrated or feel bad; instead, I can come up with a better idea or course of action. Therefore, I believe that speaking in a low voice is beneficial for me to maintain my masculinity and composure.

Things I should know when trying to protect the principles of my life. 1. I protect my faith, bravery, and honor by embracing my new self in the Lord.  2. I boldly confront any bad attitude stemming from my sinful flesh and allow my new identity in Christ to prevail.  3. Regardless of others' opinions, even if they look down on me or don't admire me because of my actions or words, I will always respect and protect my new being, which I have through Christ, thus preserving my honor and bravery. How my sinful flesh wants to protect his principles vs How my new self wants to protect his principles. My old self wants to take revenge to protect his honor and bravery. My new self leaves revenge to God to protect his honor and bravery. My old self wants to impress. My new self wants to stay true. My old self wants to retaliate to protect his honor (respect). If required, my new self will suffer for the love of God to protect his honor (respect). My old self runs away in times of need...
