A Self-Reminder to My Heart
In my life so far, I've never truly experienced my full physical potential. In other words, I've never been in perfect physical shape. As such, my cardio is a bit weak. I need to step up my game and push myself to develop a habit of sweating it out. Recently, I've been exercising regularly and every time I exercise, I sweat. This is good. However, I have a feeling that because of this regular exercise, I've developed a mild pain in my left chest. Maybe it's because of a lack of exercise. I started engaging in physical activities regularly and as such, my heart is a bit weak to handle it. Maybe, it will adapt over time.
I realized that I really need to engage in physical activities. If not, I will have a weak heart which could eventually lead to having a shorter lifespan.
