Embrace challenges

If we put ourselves in tough situations, it can motivate and inspire us to become better. If we stay in our comfort zone for too long, we may feel less motivated, which can lead to living a mediocre life.

Therefore, if I want to develop myself mentally and physically, I must be mindful of the points mentioned above. I should always challenge myself and put myself in situations where I feel uncomfortable, as this habit will make me hungry for self-improvement.

If my life tends to be too comfortable, I should push myself and remind myself that staying in my comfort zone is killing me mentally and physically.
