This is how we level up

Beyond our limits, we begin to grow.

When we undertake something so challenging, or to be more accurate, when we attempt something we have never reached before, we push through our limits, and it is from that point that we start to grow. Therefore, if you want to level up your life, strive to push through your limits every day.

I remember the day when I pushed myself to the limit during our house construction. I was carrying and moving a bag of balu from one place to another. Another worker and I were hauling several bags to a higher location using a ladder. As we climbed the ladder, we handed the bag to another worker up there. During this exhausting period of work, I truly pushed my limits. I went beyond what I had ever reached before, resulting in heavy sweating. My sweat poured down like a river. From this experience, I realized the importance of regular exercise and developing a habit of working out until I break a sweat. I acted upon this realization and now I have incorporated morning runs into my routine. As a result, my body is starting to get in better shape.

Through the experience I had, I have gained valuable insights that have had a positive effect on my health and body.
