Do What Is Easy (Aim for what is hard/great)
You might be puzzled and shocked by the title I have chosen. It's true because it contradicts the widely accepted encouraging quotes of entrepreneurs and successful individuals.
Indeed, they are right; they achieve success by conquering challenges that are difficult for the average person.
However, I aim to make a clear statement: most people feel discouraged even before they embark on the journey.
You might ask, why is this the case?
In my opinion, they need to shift their mindset when pursuing their desired goals.
They often solely focus on the entirety of the goal, which can be intimidating. Negative thoughts like "What if I can't achieve this?" creep into their minds. Consequently, they begin to feel discouraged and eventually give up.
What they fail to realize is that no one has ever achieved a task that is too complex and massive all at once. Yet, many individuals have managed to accomplish such goals.
You might wonder, why and how? Are these people more special or gifted?
I don't believe so.
What I think is that these individuals do not fixate solely on the entirety of their objective. Instead, they concentrate on one small task at a time, gradually building upon each effort. Through these incremental steps, they eventually attain their once-thought-impossible dreams.
