Conversation tips
Spider Diagram Method
When I interact with other people, I have to keep this method in mind. It's very simple yet effective.
In every conversation, each person has a role to play: to be a listener, a doer, a talker, a viewer, etc. So whenever I interact with my fellow human beings, I have to know my role and their roles, and I have to respect every role.
So, when it is time for me to speak, I should not just blurt out what I want to say. Instead, I should plan what I am going to say beforehand, by applying this spider diagram method. I will divide each point into different categories and under each category there can be many related points. As I start speaking, I will imagine this spider diagram in my mind and follow it until I finish. By doing that, I don't have to worry about what I will say. Instead, I can do it with ease and without pressure.
