Page 4 (4.1.24) Don't easily compromise | Respect your Principles

There could be some arguments or conflicts about my negotiations and thoughts with others. If such an instance occurs, I will not be chicken-hearted; I will not easily compromise at first hand. I must maintain and protect my life's principles.

I have my own rights, and I must know them. Also, I will not disrespect others' rights. I must stand up for myself, my loved ones, and the needy if necessary without disrespecting others' rights.

When such an instance occurs, I will think about my principles and make a courageous and prudent move to stand up for myself and my people (loved ones and the needy).

I will carefully consider the thoughts and standpoint of my loved ones and my people during arguments or conflicts with others.

I will try to express my thoughts or standpoint in a more diplomatic manner as speaking in a way that is more relieving for them is part of wisdom. (Channa nemin thinur a tikiang thin.) It doesn't matter whether I'm going to hurt their feelings or ego, it is fine as long as I protect my principles and don't disrespect them.

I will not cowardly compromise my standpoint or that of my people.

I must keep learning. I must learn and practice to be brave, bold and courageous, relying on Jesus, my Lord.
